Research Interests
I am broadly interested in complex systems, with particular focus on questions within infectious disease epidemiology and pathogen evolution. To address these questions, I formulate algorithms and mathematical/computational tools to analyze and simulate systems of spreading and evolving entities, such as viral pathogens.
