Raphael Calel, associate  professor of McCourt School of Public Policy at the Georgetown University, will present “Do Carbon Offsets Offset Carbon?.” This seminar will be held in-person (PUID holders only) and available via livestream (open to all).

Calel is a professor at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. His research focuses on the effects and effectiveness of carbon trading, as well as the on the integration of climate science into economic analysis.
